As a Florida bar board certified business litigation attorney, Mr. Osherow is prepared to vigorously prosecute creditor claims in bankruptcy court. Early in 2007, he determined that prosecuting such claims on behalf of clients who had obtained judgments (or large claims) was in their best interests, rather than deferring to others to prosecute such claims. Accordingly, Mr. Osherow has been certified to file pleadings electronically in bankruptcy court in the Southern District of Florida, and is prepared to prosecute such claims vigorously throughout the state, and elsewhere.   Recently, in September, 2007, after an evidentiary hearing spanning over three sessions, Mr. Osherow was successful in having a bankruptcy case dismissed, due to the frivolous and bad faith nature of the filing.
